Deputy financial director (fintech company) in Netpeak Talent

We are helping our partner to find a strong and cool Deputy CFO.

• Direction: fintech. The company has been working in the sphere of online lending in Ukraine for 7 years.
• Team: CFO, financial manager (in one position also the tasks of an internal auditor ), chief accountant and 3 accountants. And in general, you will have more than 100 colleagues.
• A company with a socially responsible position.

What the company is looking for in you:

1. Work experience of 7 years or more and in management positions from 2 years.
2. Higher education in the field of economics, finance.
3. Experience of interaction with the State Security Service, NBU, passing inspections.
4. Ability to work with financial and economic indicators.
5. Experience of working with banks, with foreign exchange and financial monitoring services.
6. Experience of conducting financial analysis of the company's activities.
7. Understanding the principles of building a system of internal control, risk management of the organization, principles of budgeting, accounting (IFRS).
8. Understanding modern trends in the field of tax legislation, finance, accounting and reporting.

And also highly appreciates: high responsibility, analytical mindset, sociability, attentiveness, initiative, organizational skills , the ability to correctly distribute tasks and set priorities, the ability to find and offer non-standard solutions.

Your tasks in this position:

1. Development and control over the implementation of financial indicators and metrics, including the preparation of financial, management reporting, reporting data (CF, P&L, Balance, Dashboard, KPI, operational reporting), financial modeling;
2. Forecast, analysis and assessment of financial, economic, tax, compliance risks, organization of measures to ensure financial stability, financial control procedures, passing inspections by controlling bodies;
3. Control, coordination and analysis of financial flows;< /li>
4. Implementation of the strategy of the financial department;
5. Implementation of effective financial procedures and policies;
6. Management of the budget process and control over budget execution;
7. Tax planning and forecasting.
