Deputy financial director in New Recruiting Group (NRG)

Responsibilities:

• Managing the finances of grant projects financed by international donors (World Bank , USAID, etc.), ensuring effective use of funds and compliance with financial rules and regulations;
• Managing a team of 3-5 financial managers;
• Controlling the development of the budget and regular plan-fact of projects and of the general budget of the company's business segment;
• Control of providing donors with regular financial reporting on projects;
• Control and participation in audits of financial reporting on projects;
• Development and implementation of management reporting of the company's business segment;
• Optimization and automation of business processes of the division;
• Participation in the development of contracts within the framework of project implementation.

Requirements for candidates:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting and auditing or economics;
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and planning, controller of operating or capital expenditures or audit;
• Experience of team management and optimization of the work of the unit;
• Knowledge of the tax legislation of Ukraine;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical skills mind;
• The level of English (written and spoken) is upper-intermediate;
• Advanced skills in working with Excel and accounting systems (1C, SAP, etc.)
• Experience of working in non-profit organizations (will be an advantage);
• Experience of participating in the implementation of modern accounting systems, including ERR level (will be an advantage).
