DUTIES:
- organization and control of production shops (cookery, confectionery, bakery, meat direction);
- production planning in accordance with demand and turnover;
- control of product quality and compliance with standards;
- personnel management (task setting, performance control, training);
- control of write-offs and production efficiency;
- ensuring compliance with sanitary standards;
- interaction with other divisions of the hypermarket;
- monitoring of compliance with Company standards "ZaTak".
