Deputy director of the branch for financial and economic issues in Ukrzaliznicya, AT

We are looking for a financial leader for the position of deputy director of financial and economic issues of the branch, whose activity is organizing the transportation of goods by rail transport and providing transport and forwarding services for transporting goods on the territory of Ukraine.

The functional duties of the position will be :

• organization of the budgeting process;
• ensuring the formation of annual and operational plans and reports on their implementation;
• organization of accounting, tax and management accounting, submission of relevant reports (chief accountant subordinate);
• organization controlling functions based on the systematic analysis of key contracts, the effectiveness of commercial policy, operational and financial indicators in order to identify losses and potentials in work;
• organization of preparation, assessment and analysis of investment projects
• development and implementation of initiatives to improve financial results;
• informational and analytical support of management and higher management bodies;
• development of project activities branch financial management system.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Full higher financial education;
• Experience in organizing the effective work of the financial function of the enterprise, including in the areas of: budgeting, costing and pricing, management accounting, investment management;
• Experience in preparing management reporting and analytical materials;
• Experience of building financial models and databases;
• Experience of implementing organizational changes;
• Proficiency in Excel at a high level, including the skills of processing and analyzing significant volumesinformation, developing financial models, setting up analytical functionality;
• Experience in building and developing KPI systems will be an advantage.
