normsCoordinating the work of shift managers, foremen, department heads
Participation in planning production capacity and personnel loading
Replacing the production director in his absence
Requirements:
Experience in a managerial position in production from 3 years
Higher education (technical / technological - will be an advantage)
Understanding of production processes and personnel management
Experience of working with production plans, performance indicators
Knowledge of labor protection requirements, safety techniques, sanitary standards
Leadership qualities, systematic, responsibility
Ability to multitask and make decisions
Confident command of office programs
