The "Ovostar Union" Group of Companies is a large modern agro-industrial enterprise with a continuous production cycle, one of the leaders in the production and sale of chicken eggs TM "YASENSVIT" and egg products TM "OVOSTAR".   

The poultry farm in Stavishche is a strategic facility of the company, which operates according to high standards of quality, biosafety and operational efficiency.

In connection with the strengthening of the management team, we are looking for an experienced and responsible Deputy Director of Production - a professional who knows how to work with production, people and processes.

 Location: Stavishche, Kyiv region
(work directly at the production site)

 Key role of the position

Deputy director of the production site is a management position responsible for the daily work of production, process stability and support of the site director in operational management.

 Main tasks

• Operational management of production processes at the production site
• Coordination of the work of divisions: production, warehouse, technical services, veterinary medicine
• Management of production teams (masters, shift supervisors, site managers), setting tasks and monitoring their execution
• Control of the implementation of production plans, variables and daily indicators
• Ensuring uninterrupted production operation
• Compliance with biosafety requirements, veterinary regulations and occupational health and safety
• Prompt response to freelance and emergency situations
• Participation in planning and control of procurement of goods for production needs
• Analysis of production indicators, preparation of reports for management
• Replacing the director of the production site in case of his absence
