Responsibilities:
- organization and control of curators' work;
- operational interaction on non-standard issues of curators;
- planning with curators and assistants;
- interviews with applicants for the position of curators;
- distribution of territories between curators, rotation of territories ;
- circulation of retail outlets, monitoring of operational and sanitary order in the network;
- monitoring of the fulfillment of service standards;
- monitoring of merchandise circulation;
- control over the opening and closing of trading points;
- analysis of violations committed at trading points. Development of measures to eliminate them;
- organization of the process of collecting feedback from employees of retail outlets;
- participation, development, adjustment of instructions and provisions regulating the activity of the retail network;
