Who we are looking for

We are looking for a strong operations manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of educational programs in 5 US regions. This is a role for someone who knows how to manage people, processes and quickly solve operational issues.

What you will do

• Participate in the renewal of contracts and work with key customers.
• Organize processes and improve existing systems.
• Work with indicators and reports together with COO.

Who we are considering

• Team management experience from 5 years.
• Experience in education, service or program management is a big plus.
• Ability to work at a fast pace and take responsibility.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills problems.
• Confident command of Google Workspace.
• Independence and initiative.
