• Participation in the Development of the Company's Financial Strategy , Cost optimization , Increase Liquidity and Effective Management Financial Flows

• formI am the annual budget of the company (PL, CF, BS), monitoring it/

  cash flow

  Preparation of Management Reports that will be used to accept key Financial Decisions

• Ensuring compliance with tax legislation , Tax Control and Reporting in accordance with the NBU requirements

• Team Management : Task distribution, motivation and development of staff, creation of effective communication within the department

• Introduction and Optimization of the BAS ERP Systems To improve the efficiency of financial management

? Our Ideal Candidate:

• has Over 5 years of experience In the financial sphere, of which the minimum 2 years on governingPositions . Compulsory work experience in medium and large companies . Experience in insurance companies will be a significant advantage.

• Higher Education Finance Economics Accounting

• Financial Management , Budgeting (PL, CF, BS), Financial Control and Tax Reporting

• Working with BAS ERP or other Financial Systems , implemented and optimized financial processes

• Knowledge of IFRS will be an advantage

• Strong Analytical SCIbanity and strategic thinking

• Dynamic environment , accepts justified Communication Skills , is able to interact efficiently with Management , other departments and Regulatory Bodies
