Deputy director of construction in ED TEMP, TOV

The construction company announces a competition for the position of Deputy Director of Construction. We are engaged in the implementation of construction projects of various complexity and are looking for a professional who will become part of our team, ready to take responsibility for the management of construction processes and maintain a high level of quality of the company's work.

Your key tasks:

- Organization and control of the execution of construction works on the objects in accordance with the established deadlines.

- Project management, including adherence to deadlines, budget and quality.

- Interaction with contracting organizations, designers, customers and supervisory bodies.

- Organization of the team for maximum productivity.

- Control of the work of contractors, compliance with the timely submission of documentation (logs of work execution, acts of completed works , control over timely closure of detachment orders).

- Preparation of reports for company management.

Requirements for candidate:

- Higher education in the field of construction or engineering.

- Work experience in construction for 3 years or more, of which at least 1 year in management positions.

- Knowledge of building regulations, technologies and modern equipment.

- Ability to work with project and estimate documentation.

- Team management, decision-making and leadership skills negotiations.

- High stress resistance, responsibility, result orientation.

- Readiness for business trips.

- Availability of a personal car.

- Confident command of a computer, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Ability to quickly learn to work in new software products, such as Asana for project management.
