We are the team at Victory and Recovery Charity. Our goal is to help the Ukrainian military, as well as Ukrainians who suffered as a result of Russian aggression.

The vacancy of a manager in the "Victory and Restoration" PO is an important role in support and coordination of team work. We are looking for a person who can help to ensure the effective performance of tasks and achieve the goals of BO.

What do we need help with?

• Providing support in organizational and administrative issues.
• Interaction with project participants, partners, the public and other interested parties.
• Attracting new members of the organization and building an effective team.
• Attracting and motivating the team and etc.
• Assistance in planning and coordination of work, setting priorities, managing resources and implementing project schedules.
• Recruitment for volunteer positions and other positions, facilitating their adaptation and readiness to bear responsibility for their activities.
• Starting and development of social networks, website, etc.

You are a great candidate if you have:

• High level of written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work.
• High level of responsibility and leadership qualities.
