Deputy director for production modernization in PUZATA HATA

We are the production base of the Puzata Khata chain. Today, the company is actively developing, increasing the scope of work, and production needs updating and system modernization.

That is why we invite to the team a Deputy Director for Production Modernization - a specialist who will help us transfer production processes to a new level of efficiency, safety and quality.

Main tasks

• participation in the planning and implementation of programs for complete modernization of production;

• analysis of existing processes and identification of areas for optimization;

• implementation of new technological solutions and equipment upgrades;

• coordination of work of subcontractors and suppliers;

• control of terms, quality and budget of project implementation;

• interaction with department heads, technical and production services;

• preparation of reports, technical solutions, participation in internal meetings;

• ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards during modernization works.

Candidate requirements

• higher technical or engineering education;

• experience in production (food or FMCG will be an advantage);

• experience in managing modernization, start-up or reconstruction projects productions;

• understanding of production processes, technological lines and equipment operation;

• confident planning, analytical and priority management skills;

• ability to work with a team and involve people in changes.

Location: Boyarka (production)
Schedule: full-time office work (work directly in production)
