• Experience of work at a production enterprise of 3 years or more.

• Management of a multifunctional team, definition of key tasks, KPI of each unit.
• Communication, responsibility, initiative, the ability to make independent decisions and bear responsibility for them. Mobility, multitasking. 

Responsibilities:

• Management of an enterprise with a staff of 100 or more . 
• Organization and control of effective and uninterrupted production, management of all production and general economic processes, introduction of new products and technologies.
• Organization of work and effective interaction of all structural divisions, workshops and production units. 
• Participation in the development and implementation of motivation programs.
• Ensuring control and timely and high-quality delivery of finished products of all shops and functional units. 
• Participation in production planning (development of perspective plans for material and technical support of production based on determining the need for material resources of divisions, drawing up material balances and applications for material resources distributed according to the plan), shipments (control of shipments and transportation of finished products from Cherkasy and branches to the customer, communication with customers). 
• Controlling the work of accounting and tax accounting (experience and knowledge in this area will be an advantage).
• Controlling the submission of reports by all structural units (in particular, the ZP), their correctness and timeliness.< /li>
• Ensuring strict adherence to the regime of saving material, labor and financial resources.
• Ensuring a full-fledged life activity enterprise.
• Ensuring the operation of the enterprise, if necessary, with the necessary equipment for the full work of all links, control of its effective use (monitoring, ordering, purchasing, control of timely receipt, etc.).  
• Directing and coordinating the work of subordinate technical personnel (cleaners of service and production premises, mechanics, loaders and support workers).
