The project is expanding and we are looking for new talent. We need aDeputy CTO / VP of Engineering , who will become the right hand of the CTO and take responsibility for infrastructure development and ensuring uninterrupted IT operations.

Your tasks:
- develop and implement IT infrastructure development strategies to ensure business continuity;
- responsible for key IT business metrics and their optimization;
- manage the technical team: development, coordination and motivation to achieve strategic goals;
- build internal and cross-functional business processes, implement new approaches to increase efficiency;
- negotiate with suppliers and partners for the effective development of the technical component of business;
- implement advanced technological solutions to scale business and increase its efficiency;
- maintain a high level of data security and cyber protection of the company.
From you we expect:
- experience in a managerial position;
- expert level of knowledge in the field of IT business management: making and implementing decisions, finding external contractors, forming and developing a team;
- knowledge of the technology stack: Linux (Debian), Asterisk, Nginx, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, JavaScript and TypeScript, Node.js, etc.;
- deep knowledge of relational databases (SQL, design and optimization);
- deep understanding of computer networks (security and protection against DDoS attacks);
- excellent negotiation skills, emphasis on strategy and business orientation;
- knowledge of English from level B2 and above;
- will be a plus: experience with AWS and DigitalOcean cloud services.
