Now we are looking forDeputy Director of Finance - a person who confidently works with numbers, understands business and knows how to build healthy communication with the team.

Position for those who are important to understand how the business works and make finances clear and effective.

What will you do:

• analyze the financial indicators of the company and prepare management reports;
• form and analyze P&L, Cash Flow, Balance;
• coordinate the work of accounting, accounting and treasury;
• participate in financial planning, strategies and risk management;
• interact with banks, auditors, tax authorities and partners;
• control the processes of calculating wages, bonuses and personnel changes;
• improve financial and accounting processes, make them more transparent and convenient;
• create regulations, instructions and financial templates;
• organize the work of financial teams, support the development of specialists;
• ensure effective communication between finance and other departments.

It is important for us that you:

• have a specialized education in the field of finance, economics or accounting accounting;
• had experience of working as a financial director/deputy or head of the financial department;
• worked confidently with accounting programs and EMS;
• had experience managing a team (from 10 people);
• well understood accounting and management accounting, financial analysis;
• knew how to build and optimize processes;
• were responsible, attentive attention to details and open to cooperation;
• had an active attitude and desire to develop together with the company.
