An international retail company specializing in the trade of goods for construction, repair and furnishing of housing is looking for a Deputy chief accountant.
Responsibilities: p>
- control of mutual settlements with service providers: analysis of receivables and payables;
- organization of document flow of primary documents: control of timeliness, correctness and completeness receiving;
- control and analysis of the display of expenses in accounting according to IFRS;
- accumulation, control and analysis of reserves in the part of expenses;
- calculation of rent, compensation for communal services and display in accounting, registration of primary documents; calculation of tax on land and real estate, environmental tax;
- preparation of reporting: statistical and tax reporting;
- participation in auditing and tax audits of the company;
- participation in the integration of the new SAP financial program.
Key requirements:
- higher education (accounting);
- work experience from 3 years in the position of deputy chief accountant / chief accountant (retail trade, management and cost analysis);
- excellent knowledge of accounting and tax accounting (including ZED), knowledge of regulations (standards) accounting, IFRS, IFRS 16;
- understanding of the process of compiling statistical and tax reporting: VAT, income tax, land tax, real estate;
- confident PC user: MS Excel, Medoc, Timely, Google Docs; knowledge of Oracle, SAP software (as an advantage);
- English - Upper Intermediate;
- DipIFR, ACCA certificates (will be an additional advantage);
- attention to details , decency, energy, sociability, initiative.
