The project is expanding, and we are looking for new talents. We needDeputy CFO, who will be responsible for coordinating tax reporting, accounting and optimizing tax processes with various jurisdictions around the world.
Your tasks:
> financial and tax accounting of the company's operations;< /span>tax planning, modeling and optimization;
>building an organizational structure in accordance with the company's development strategy;> audit of tax reporting of companies, participation in building a system of internal controls;
> interaction with foreign consultants and accountants;
> support of tax inspections;
> reducing the costs of supporting companies;
> management, coordination and control of team work, mentoring, motivation and training of colleagues.
From you we expect:
> higher accounting/financial/economic education;
> 2 years of experience in a similar management position;
> level of English language proficiency - from Upper Intermediate;
> deep knowledge of international taxation and accounting systems;
> excellent knowledge of the basic principles of taxation: VAT, income tax, rules for organizing mutual settlements between non-residents, etc.;
> availability of certificates confirming knowledge of financial reporting and tax systems (ACCA, DipIFR or similar);
progressive vision of processes, striving for development and improvement.
