Department administrator in Karpenko M.P., FOP

Requirements:< /p>

- Experience is welcome but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment - Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to work in a team

As for the duties themselves:

-Supervision of the department of account specialists: organizational aspect (control of attendance, coming to work, lunches)

-Maintenance of the customer base and distribution of orders by department, control of payments for advertising (non-cash transactions),

-Control of work deadlines, work with tables (mainly excel and google-sheets)

About working conditions:

-Fixed rate from UAH 28,000 (based on the results of the interview)

-Payment of salary twice a month 

- Main part and advance (upon request).

-Work schedule: There are 2 variations - either office 5\2 (standard) or shift work format (20 shifts per month).
