Your main mission: 400">Ensure timely and high-quality development of Diya ecosystem products, managing delivery processes and developing the PMO. You will be a key link in the scaling of government digital services, ensuring effective interaction between the team, vendors and project stakeholders.

The focus of work:
coordination of external and internal stakeholders;
creation of a general project delivery plan together with the Delivery Lead, planning and control of project stages; font-weight: 400"/>regular reporting on the progress and status of the project;
identification of potential risks and problems within the limits of time, cost and quality actions.
Participation in the PMO function:
– documentation of project management standards;
- coordination of project management artifacts;
– building a system of delivery efficiency metrics and analytics;
– identification and elimination of bottlenecks in delivery processes;
– participation in the formation of the strategic vision of the PMO function.

We expect from you:
– higher education (bachelor's or master's level);
– 2+ years of experience in the role of Delivery Manager / Project Manager in product or service IT companies;
– deep understanding of all SDLC processes and delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall);
– practical experience of project management from the stage of initiation to closing;
– experience using Jira, Confluence (setting dashboards, workflow);
- in-depth knowledge and practical experience of using metrics delivery, delivery process monitoring and reporting (Sprint report, Release report);
– ability to facilitate teamwork, conduct trainings, create standards and templates;
– English at B1+ level (for communication with partners, work with documentation and research).

It will be a plus:
– experience with government or regulated products;
– practical participation in PMO;
– project management certifications (PMP, PSM/CSM, ICAgile, SAFe);
– knowledge of the Double Diamond Discovery framework.
