Responsibilities:
- Manage allocation of resources
- Main Contact point for delivery department for other internal teams (Marketing, HR, Pre-Sales). Allocate delivery resources for internal needs.
- Work closely with pre-sales team and external partners
- Manage project status.
- Ensure the delivery happens on time and within budget
- Negotiate and solve issues on projects that the the project team is unable to solve
- Manage payments/invoices for fixed price projects
- Execution of KPIs based to meet target GM
- Close new business opportunities with existing clients by promoting company products and services (upsell/cross-sell)
- Monitor, and prolong project MSA/SOW based on the upsell or project continuation
- Participate in candidates’ screening process
- Build and sustain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing contact on project status and changes;
- Manage client expectations related to the project, monitoring and facilitating client communications;
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or similar position
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
- Great problem-solving and diplomacy skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with members of development teams
- Technical background
- Practical experience of project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.);
- Ability to set, manage and accomplish KPI
- Multitasking and high energy capabilities
- English — Advanced
Good to have:
- Experience in pre-sales and estimates
- Experience managing Salesforce projects
- Hands on Salesforce development experience
- Professional certification (PMP, Agile, etc).
