Riseapps is growing and is currently looking for a business-oriented Delivery Manager !

As a Delivery Manager, you will manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects and ensure their successful delivery. To succeed in this role, you need to have a high-energy attitude and, the ability to inspire, motivate and drive success. You must be able to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard. We will give you the support, direction, and tools that you need!

Requirements:
— 5+ years of experience working in software development team environments in a leadership role, e.g. Senior Project Management, Delivery Manager, or similar position;
— Software development background;
— A proven track record of the full project life cycle delivery;
— Management of big teams 50+ members;
— Experience of implementing or support ISO 9001 (nice to have)
— Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, office administration etc.
— Excellent process management skills;
— Strong commercial and entrepreneurship (finance background is a plus);
— Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills;
— Strong organizational and facilitating skills;
— Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics;
— Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure;
— Fluent or advanced English.

In this position, you will:
— Control and Deliver high-quality products into the production environments that meet the required deadlines and business outcomes;
— Work with Project managers and the Development Team to coordinate the agile development (Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives);
— Сontinuously monitor and improve key metrics of the financial plans, and PnL management;
— Provide technical advice and direction to teams and customers to inform business strategy, and delivering technical solutions;
— Tracking projects team reporting, team velocity, ensuring key performance indicators reach success level values;
— Coaching, mentoring, motivating, and supervising project team members, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work;
— Support continuous improvement of the development and delivery practices and processes;
— Create, write, and keep the business processes of the organization;
— Presale management, Prepare and present business proposals to the clients;
— Provide sales assistance as a project delivery expert and estimations validation;
— Prevent and manage crisis/conflict situations;
— Make employees rotations within the company’s projects, resource management;
— Participate in the Interview process for selecting the right team member;
— Control the invoicing process and interact with the financial manager to keep the payments from the customer on time.
