Delivery Manager in LFTA Ukraine

The company LFT Advisors continues to actively develop and expand the team, opening the position of Delivery Manager.

We are looking for a professional who will act as a key link between clients and specialized specialists of the company, ensuring the satisfaction of customer needs.

Main duties:

• Management of the service provision process: Organization and control of the full cycle of legal and accounting services, including project evaluation and planning, ensuring their high quality, compliance with deadlines and standards.
• Team work coordination: Management of cross-functional teams (lawyers , accountants, sales managers), ensuring effective interaction and performance of tasks.
• Working with clients: Identifying client requests, maintaining constant contact at all stages of service provision, solving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Working with partners and contractors:Interacting with external partners and contractors to ensure the fulfillment of tasks within the framework of the project for the provision of company services, control of their work within the established framework deadlines and quality standards.
• Reporting and analytics:Preparation of reports on project progress, analysis of key indicators, providing analytics to management company.

Requirements for experience and qualifications of the candidate:

• Work experience in a similar position or in the field of project management for at least 3 years .
• Knowledge of the basics of project management and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Understanding the processes of providing legal and accounting services.
• Skills of analysis and interpretation of key performance indicators (KPI).
• Experience interacting with clients, internal teams, partners and contractors.
• Proficient in project management tools (eg Jira, Trello, MS Project).
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate (preferred).
• Higher education in the field of project management, business, law or accounting accounting.
