Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of main IT terminologies (front-end, back-end programming languages, and their frameworks; databases, clouds; task management process, main methodologies for development).
- Experience in HR, recruitment, project management, or other background in IT is a significant advantage.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Proven ability to facilitate meetings and ensure productive outcomes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to grow into a management role.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s talent bench, ensuring team members are effectively allocated to projects based on their skills, preferences, and project requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employees' skills and experiences.
- Collaborate with HR and Learning & Development departments to organize and implement programs for employee growth (e.g., Performance Appraisals, Knowledge Sharing), aligned with company needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular and ad-hoc meetings/events led by delivery managers (e.g., Retrospectives, Planning Sessions, Status Meetings). Ensure these meetings are efficient and align with company objectives.
- Manage documentation by preparing, distributing, and maintaining meeting minutes, project reports, and other relevant materials.
- Facilitate clear communication across internal teams and with clients, ensuring regular updates from the Delivery Units are provided promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with the recruitment department to provide detailed requirements for vacancies and stay up-to-date with the status of open positions.

- Documentation management, preparation, distribution and storage of meeting minutes, project reports and other relevant materials
- Promote clear communication between internal teams and clients, providing quick and accurate updates for delivery managers
- Coordinating work with the recruiting department with the goal of matching job requirements
