Deforestation Regulation Support Specialist in Nestle Ukraine LLC / Nestle Ukrayina, TOV

You are:  

• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel (SAP knowledge will be a plus) 
• Confident in English on at least Intermediate level     
• A great team player  
• A professional with customer-first mindset  
• Attentive to details  
• A fast- learner 
• Adaptable to change and cope in fast-paced environment  

With you we will:  

• Execute daily activities related to DDS requests 
• Check documents uploaded in NSP and chase suppliers for all purchase orders
• Re-upload incorrectly supplied EUDR documents from Suppliers
• Prepare periodic and on demand reports and analytics
• Manage Alert messages generated be SAAS 
• Escalate DDS Communication to customers
