Future tasks:

• Analysis of the results of motivational programs. Finding and implementing opportunities to improve conditions. Formation of solutions and proposals, analysis and documentation of business processes, development of business requirements, creation of a detailed test plan for tasks and implementation
• Control maintaining the balance of sales between business lines, developing and applying tools that contribute to the balance of sales between business lines. - Control of the quality of sales in order to increase the NBI of the retail business, increase the number of active customers
• Analysis of the results of motivational programs for the presence of sales manipulations and their termination
• Formation of regular reporting based on the results of motivational programs
• Organization of compliance with the operational rhythm
•  Development, implementation and support of tools that contribute to high-quality planning of the results of motivational programs

• complete higher education
• from 2 years of work experience as an analyst, business analyst, data analyst
• knowledge of sql at a high level
• experience in data analysis, fluency in Microsoft Office Excel tools
• forcegood communication skills (both oral and written);
• ability to independently organize your work and prioritize tasks;
• strengths are initiative, strategic and analytical thinking, creativity.
