Hello! I am Karina, the HR manager of the Miloan company.

Miloan is a successful financial company that has been providing high-quality non-bank lending services since 2016 and is among theTOP-5 FinTech companies of Ukraine. We are actively developing, launching new products and strengthening our analytical direction, so we are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join our team.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Automation of analytical reports and dashboards;
• monitoring of key business indicators, finding causes of deviations and opportunities for growth;
• planning, implementation and interpretation of results A/B tests;
• evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
• creating statistical models of user behavior.

What do we expect from the candidate?

• Experience in the field of data analysis from 1 year

• Higher education (applied mathematics, statistics or technical majors)

• Knowledge of SQL (required)

• Proficiency in Excel

• Experience with databases

• Analytical thinking and ability to quickly learning

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Python (statistics, ML libraries)

• Experience work with Power BI / Tableau

• Experience in Internet marketing
