Data Base Specialist in Mirne Nebo Harkova, BF, BO

Critically important enterprise, the charitable foundation "Peaceful Sky of Kharkiv", is looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Database Specialist, who will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of databases and the KOBO system.

1. Ensuring proper functioning of DB and KOBO:
• creating backup copies,
• recovery, administration,
• monitoring of events occurring during work
• data transfer from KOBO.

2. Optimizing the operation of DB and KOBO:

• implementation of the backup copy schedule,
• preparation of reports on the functioning of the database,
• preventing data loss and corruption.

3. Ensuring information security at the DB and KOBO level:

• control of compliance with regulations on database security.

4. Management of DB and KOBO development:

• introduction of new technologies for working with databases,
• analysis of system problems of information processing,
• preparation of proposals for prospective database development,
• database testing, technical support for users,
• management of local employees' access to the database and KOBO,
• participation in the development of educational materials/trainings for local employees,
• support and support of users, timely resolution of requests from centers.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (preferred).
• Experience with databases (preferred).
• Experience with Google cloud products, MS Office.
• Experience in administration of Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, MS SQL Server.
• Skills for compiling automated reporting based on quantitative indicators.
• Experience in developing database configurations.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language (oral and written).

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Understanding the principles of building relational databases.
• Ability to identify errors and correct formulas in tables.
