Location: 80% — Livoberezhna 20% — Sevastopol Square
Salary: from UAH 40,000 (with review based on work results)
About the role:
We are not just looking for an assistant, and future Key Account Manager, who will be immersed in work with national and local trade networks and will gradually take on more responsibility.
Tasks:
Key support Account Manager working with trade networks
Preparation and processing of commercial offers
Working with customer orders
Maintenance of trade network portals (documents, specifications)
Support of contracts, additional agreements and document flow
Communication with logistics, warehouse, accounting
Monitoring the execution of orders and terms of contracts
Preparation of specifications, prices and their approval
Formation of reports on clients
Participation in the preparation of tender documentation
We expect:
Experience in FMCG / with retail chains
Understanding basic retail processes
Proficient in Excel (spreadsheets, basic analytics)
Attention to details and systematicity
Ability to work with a large volume of tasks
Strong communication skills
