Database administrator in EVA.tech

Hello! I am Inna, IT Recruiter of the EVA Store Line.

We do not stop at the development of the IT Department, so we are looking for a database administrator.

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Sure knowledge of SQL (relational databases, transactions, locks, indexes, error handling, code refactoring, query optimization );
• Communication skills with developers, reconciliation of differences between requirements;
• Experience in describing technical documentation;
• Knowledge of DBMS (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, HANA) ;
• Knowledge of DBMS architecture;
• OS Linux, MS Windows Server; AWS RDS

Responsibilities:

• Installation and configuration of SQL servers.
• Database migration.
• Monitoring of DBMS performance.
• DB planning and scaling.
• Management and monitoring of DB nodes and clusters: performance and capacity planning, connectivity and security
• Support and troubleshooting (incident management and problems);
• Development and updating of technical and user documentation;
• Research and analysis of technical errors, error correction;
• Database backup and recovery;

• Ensuring smooth operation of the database, database integrity.
