Professional and personal competencies:
- Experience of working on the second line of technical support or in a similar role for at least 2 years;
- Experience of writing complex SQL queries and conducting data analysis;
- Knowledge of the basic principles of working with databases and error diagnosis;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- High analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of Python, Power BI;
- Experience with application management systems (for example, Jira Service Management);
- Knowledge of the English language at the level enough to read the technical documentation.
Main tasks:
- Setting up the IT system in accordance with clearly defined tasks;
- Processing and resolving user requests sent from the first line of support;
- Diagnosing and eliminating complex technical problems;
- Writing and optimization of SQL queries for data analysis and error elimination;
- Interaction with the development team to solve complex technical problems.
Working conditions:
- Remote or hybrid mode of operation, there is an opportunity to work permanently in the office;
