Candidates with experience in using DataRobot's tools and platform will be given preference. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI solutions that address complex business challenges.Key Responsibilities:Machine Learning Model Development: Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art machine learning models to solve complex business problems.Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform business strategies.Collaboration: Work with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to integrate models into production systems.Innovation & Experimentation: Continuously explore and implement the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to keep our solutions at the forefront of the industry.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and contribute to the overall growth of the data science team.Qualifications:Kaggle Experience: Kaggle Grandmaster or significant achievements in Kaggle competitions.Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, R, and other relevant programming languages. Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.DataRobot Experience: Experience using DataRobot's platform to build and deploy machine learning models.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex datasets.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
