Data Scientist in our team will deal with the following tasks:
? Development of an automated decision-making service (in Python) for risk assessment and credit approval;
? By developing business rules to improve risk assessment and operational efficiency;
? Development of scoring models (Machine Learning) to identify high-risk customers and optimize the credit risk strategy;
? By analyzing data to detect fraud schemes and analyze business metrics;
? Data analysis and ML-models for other departments (marketing, collections) to improve business efficiency;
? Working with structured and unstructured data, ensuring their quality and integrity;
? Conducting exploratory data analysis and generating insights to improve business processes;
? By writing effective SQL queries to extract, transform and analyze data;
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product teams, to implement ML models in production;
? By constantly improving existing models, monitoring their performance and suggesting improvements.

The filter for this position will be:
? Confident knowledge of Python and its libraries for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, etc.);
? High level of SQL knowledge to work with large data sets;
? Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms and model evaluation methods;
? Analytical thinking and the ability to solve complex problems;
? Intermediate level of English (ability to read technical documentation and communicate in an international team).

It will be a plus:
? Experience with REST API for data integration;
? Experience with Docker for containerization;
? Experience setting up CI/CD for deploying ML models;
? Knowledge of NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB.

How we interact with candidates:
1 stage: communication with the recruiter online (about 30 minutes);
2 stage: communication with your future manager online or in person (about 1 hour).
