What you will do as a Junior Data Research Specialist:

• Data requirements, data source identification, collection, control of quality;
• Developing functions in a potentially complex configuration (for example, converting time series of events into functions)
• Modeling: finding the appropriate modeling strategy (choice of algorithm, model architecture, validation and analysis of model quality, verification of business results
• Prototype: organize real-time testing (A/B testing, easy implementation approach), analyze the results and confirm the economic or business interest of the use case

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Full higher education (master, specialist)
• Deep theoretical knowledge of machine learning algorithms (logistic regression, models based on trees, ensemble models, reinforcement methods, GAM and GLM) and neural network techniques (deep learning with the help of CNN or NLP);
• Ability to communicate in English/Ukrainian orally and in writing at a good level
• Ability to quickly understand new areas of business and interact with business representatives
• Good programming experience in Python (scikit, ability to create industrial code, and not just for laptops), development in flexible mode with devops, unit testing tools
• English level is not lower than Intermediate
