What to expect from the candidate:

• 1.5+ years of commercial experience in developing ML models on Python3;
• Experience in the application of ML algorithms for classification, clustering, time series forecasting, NLP problems;
• Ability to write structured python code according to OOP approaches (understanding of the principle of low coupling high cohesion);
• Business communication skills, ability to understand or propose metrics that correlate with business metrics (basic understanding of cLTV, CAC, churn rate, penetration rate, conversion metrics, ability to calculate model uplift in money);
• Unloading experience large data sets with MS SQL, optimization of parquet / avro file storage;
• Experience in the retail domain (both offline and online) will be a big plus.

What you will need to do:

• Building, implementation and support of Machine Learning models;
• Solving problems in classification, clustering, time series forecasting, NLP, CV, optimization, recommender systems;
• Development and implementation of concepts, methods of data quality improvement;
• Calculation of economic efficiency from the implementation of models;
• Communication with the internal customer, preparation of presentations.
