This role is suitable for someone who is interested in working at the intersection of data, business processes and service quality: find anomalies, check the logic of metrics, identify the causes of discrepancies and help the business make decisions based on the correct data.
It is not only about verification. numbers This is a role about trust in data: when key quality and service indicators really reflect the real picture, and not just the result of a calculation in the system.
What will be the focus of the role
- analysis of key quality and service indicators, in particular Fast, Easy, Safe metrics;
- detection of anomalies, inconsistencies and potential errors in reports, calculations and data sources;
- checking the correctness of metrics through analytical procedures, reconciliation between sources and selective testing;
- search for the root cause of problems and formation of practical recommendations for correction;
- preparation of short, clear conclusions for business and functional teams.
What you will do
- Analyze the dynamics of key indicators and identify unusual deviations or contradictions.
- Check the logic of calculations, the correctness of formulas and compliance of metrics with business rules.
- Form data samples and analyze records for validity, accuracy, completeness and correctness of attribution to the period.
- Match information between different systems and data sources.
- Investigate root causes of discrepancies with business, operations, analytics and IT teams.
- Document the results of inspections and prepare concise conclusions with recommendations.
- Participate in other tasks related to data quality, reliability of metrics and service analytics at the level of the entire Group.
Who we are looking for
- A professional with experience in analytics, IT, audit or related functions.
- With a high level of mastery of Excel / Google Sheets.
- With practical experience working with data: analysis, reconciliation, validation, completeness, error detection.
- With strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- With the ability to see inconsistencies, ask the right questions and dig into the causes of problems.
- With good communication skills - it will be important to interact with different departments and quickly get the necessary information.
Experience with SQL will be an advantage
- ;
- experience working with BI-tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar);
- experience in data analytics, BI/reporting, product analytics, operations analytics, QA analytics;
- understanding of approaches to checking the reliability of information or data quality.
