Data Processing Specialist (quantitative research) in Gradus Research

Our team conducts marketing and sociological research in an innovative way, in a special smartphone application. Our clients are international and Ukrainian companies, manufacturers of goods and service providers, mass media, NGOs and government organizations.

We invite you to join our team DataProcessingSpecialist – with experience or understanding of the field of quantitative and qualitative research, ready to develop and grow with us We offer interesting tasks, including as part of international teams and projects.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Education: sociology, social sciences, marketing
• Knowledge of quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, principles of forming a sample population
• Experience of working with arrays and analysis data
• A confident user of MS Office (especially Excel, Power Point)
• Experience in SPSS is mandatory and preferably with R
• English: from B2 (preferred )

Your main functions:

• Cleaning and weighing arrays according to project implementation terms
• Analysis of price sensitivity, image attributes and other indicators in accordance with research tasks
• Creation of new variables, derivation of distributions, analysis of the significance of differences
• Correlation, regression, factor, cluster and other types of analysis (depending on the tasks research and nature of data)
• Methodological support of the team on current projects
• Formation of algorithms and instructions for cleaning and weighing arrays
• Identification of problem areas regarding data processing and analysis, fixation, formation of solutions
• Optimization of the data analysis process (algorithms for process implementation, refinement of scripts)
