Data Entry Specialist in HR Capital (Recruitment)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our sales and contract operations teams. This role involves gathering and validating deal information from sales, updating CPQ and Salesforce, ensuring compliance with company policies, and collaborating with multiple departments to streamline deal processing.

Key Duties:

• Collect and verify deal details with sales team
• Input and update data in CPQ, Salesforce, and deal databases
• Ensure compliance with approval rules and pricing guidelines
• Coordinate with contract operations, finance, and legal
• Maintain accurate deal records and reports

Skills:

• Fluent English 
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Salesforce reporting and data entry
• Prior experience in the design and implementation of contract and pricing approval workflows

• Experience in contract analysis, interpretation and term documentation 

• Ability to prioritize and work in high volume environment

• Highly detail-oriented

• Strong organizational skills

Working Conditions:

• Remote work arrangement (home office)
• Full-time schedule (8 hours/day)
• Working hours: from 3pm to 11pm Kyiv time
