Data Entry Specialist in Finsight Group

The Role:As a Data Entry Specialist, you will work directly with the Senior Director Of Data (based in New York City) and various data team members to clean, organize, and manage our various client-facing databases and ensure timely and accurate entry of new data.The working day will be from5:00 pm to 02:00 am (UA Time, including an hour for a break).Key requirements:Upper to intermediate Excel and Google Sheets knowledge.Upper-intermediate orhigher writing and speaking English level.Ability towork with large amounts ofdata.Proficiency with online research.Interest incleaning, organizing, and maintaining large complex data sets.High attention todetail and critical thinking.Self-organization.Self-motivation.Would be a plus:Last year student orDegree inlinguistics.Experience with data analysis, data quality, and data entry.Knowledge specific of capital markets.Key responsibilities:Working closely with our Senior Director Of Data (based inNew York City) and various data team members ensuring all tasks assigned are completed inatimely manner.Organizing and maintaining aGoogle Sheets and CRM database oftransactions.Monitoring daily data feeds and email inboxes ensuring timely data entry with high attention todetail.Working with customer requests and responding inatimely manner.Performing data verification onexisting email transactions toensure records are accurate and complete.Researching and managing additional information and data sets that complement our existing and future services.Atthe end ofthese processes this would involve checking the various documents onour company website toensure data accuracy with documentation.Working with our sales and support teams to support data entry duties in various spheres for Finsight Group Inc.What You Will Learn / Reinforce in This Role:Strong time management practices.Streamlining complex workflows.Clear and concise written and verbal communication.Basics of capital markets (ie «Wall Street»).We offer besides competitive salary:A hard-working team that has won multiple Global Capital awards.Remote work, with the ability to return to the Kyiv office when it’s possible.Office in the city center - business center Panorama near the Landscape Alley, 10 minutes from Zoloti Vorota metro station.English lessons online and the possibility to use English at work.The informal style of leadership and communication, skilled management.Participation in seminars, trainings.Team building and other activities.Yearly salary review.Paid vacation, paid sick leave.There are no trial periods.Corporate medical insurance programs from the start date (for employees in Ukraine).
