This position involves developing anew direction within the company and working with clients ofvarious scales and industries atall stages, including presales. Qualifications and experience needed • Proven experience asaData Engineer orinasimilar role, with afocus onmachine learning projects • Strong programming skills inPython, including experience with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn • Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark) • Experience with data processing architectures (Lambda, Kappa) • Proficiency inbuilding and optimizing ’big data’ data pipelines, architectures, and data sets • Experience with machine learning algorithms and how toscale them • Familiarity with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Luigi, Airflow, etc. • Knowledge ofcloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and their data processing tools • Asolid understanding ofSQL and experience with relational databases, aswell asNoSQL databases • Strong analytical skills related toworking with unstructured datasets • Upper-intermediate English level • Bachelor’s degree incomputer science, Engineering, Mathematics, orarelated field. What you will do • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable data pipelines tosupport machine learning models • Work closely with data scientists toimplement and deploy scalable machine learning models • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout our data architecture • Optimize data retrieval, develop dashboard solutions, and perform data analysis tosupport business decisions • Stay updated with advances indata persistence and big data technologies • Incorporate new data management technologies and software engineering practices into existing structures.
