We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to optimize and expand our data warehousing solutions, focusing on Redshift data sync and PowerBI dashboards. The role includes mentoring a team member transitioning to data engineering and supporting product marketing and growth teams with effective data management and visualization.

📍 Location: Europe

📌 Responsibilities:

• Implemented and maintained data sync processes for Redshift and built scalable data pipelines on AWS.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
• Develop and enforce data validation rules.
• Design and refine PowerBI dashboards.
• Mentor a transitioning team member in data engineering.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance our data infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies.
• Perform data analysis and develop reporting tables.

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in data engineering, particularly with AWS Redshift.
• Proficiency in AWS tools, SQL, ETL processes, and PowerBI.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms and familiarity with machine learning tools is a plus.
• Preferably a candidate from Eastern Europe or MENA region.
