In connection with product development, we are opening a Data Engineer vacancy.

Main duties

• Work together with ML engineers: prepare data for training and testing models, help with setting up retraining processes. 

• Create and maintain consumers/producers for streaming data processing (Kafka). 

• Design and maintain data pipelines (Airflow DAGs, Kubernetes cronjobs). 

• Deploy created solutions in production (Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Build metrics collection and logging mechanisms. Configure monitoring of existing jobs and consumers.

Technical skills

• Strong Python: writing and maintaining production code

• Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries. 

• Experience with ElasticSearch and/or BigQuery. Application for DE Associate

• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, including Airflow. 

• Kafka for stream processing. 

It will be a plus if you have experience or a desire to be trained in:

• Firestore / Redis / PostgreSQL.

• Cloud platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure.
