We are currently seeking a professional Datacenter Engineer to strengthen our datacenter operations.As a Datacenter Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of our datacenter. This position involves the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of large-scale and complex network infrastructures. We are looking for an expert to manage and develop Juniper hardware, Proxmox clusters, and Ceph storage systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, installation, management, and maintenance of datacenter infrastructure and network.Configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Juniper hardware.Configuration and management of Proxmox clusters.Installation, management, and optimization of Ceph storage systems.Continuous analysis to monitor and improve network performance.Management of firewalls, VPNs, and other network security measures.Collaboration with other technical teams to ensure high reliability and availability of datacenter operations.Troubleshooting network-related issues and developing new solutions.QualificationsExperience in web hosting or cloud industry is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field.Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.At least 5 years of experience in datacenter network management and infrastructure solutions.Advanced knowledge and experience with Juniper hardware.In-depth knowledge of Proxmox clusters and Ceph storage systems.Comprehensive knowledge of network protocols and technologies Ability to analyze and troubleshoot network performance.Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.Teamwork orientation and effective communication skills.Ability to adapt to a high-paced work environment and work in shifts.
