Data/Business analyst in Proxima Research International

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the field of business analytics or working with data analytics in Retail/Pharma and a desire to develop.

About the product: Retail pharmaceutical market audit (Sale in, Sale out, Forecasts etc.).

Experience that will be useful:

• Experience as a Business Analyst or experience in the position of Analyst from 3 years
• Experience in working with data analytics(Excel, MS Power BI dashboards, QlikView, QlikSense)
• Experience of communication with the client: description of the need, search for solutions, their presentation
• It will be a plus: knowledge of the features retail spheres; having experience working with customers from the retail sector
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and complete them from start to finish
• Strong analytical abilities
• Product-oriented thinking< /li> integration, API testing)

Tasks:< /p>

• Understanding business goals, client needs
• Cooperation with internal/external stakeholders, identifying needs and forming requirements to the product
• Writing tech. tasks, setting tasks for developers
• Conduct constant user and market research to find potential product growth points
• Continuous improvement of work processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Control of task deadlines, support and support of the functional development and testing process, in the context of the formed task description
• Participation in other communications and providing support for issues arising in the process of development and further operation of the functionality
