Support for the development of designed solutions Development of company Data Governance processes and policies, their approval and implementation control Designing solutions for real-time and batching analytics and Big Data storage and processing systems Participation in the design of a new data warehouse (DWH) Management of data flows within the organization Designing MDM and RDM systems Governance (governance) ) MDM and RDM of data and Data Security Development of an effective hybrid cloud data architecture Design of effective interaction of solutions and services between clouds Optimization of the company's data platform from the point of view of cost/perf approaches Development of conventions and rules Development of migration strategies Development of functional and non-functional requirements for the selection of solutions, tools, technologies Conducting pilots (PoC) for various technologies, solutions and approaches Implementation of best practices in the fields of data engineering, Big Data, analytics on big data Conducting internal training webinars and workshops for technical (primarily) and business audiences Basic requirements: Higher education (technical, IT) 7+ years of general experience in the IT industry 3+ years of Big Data experience 1+ year of experience working as a Data Architect in a large Big Data company/or experience as a Tech Lead with architectural responsibilities 1.5+ years (or in a similar position) Experience in the development of architectural solutions in in the field of data (batching, streaming) based on AWS and/or GCP stack Experience with requirements and stakeholders. Ability to advocate for the right point of viewExperience and understanding of Big Data orchestration principles, knowledge of relevant best practices, tools and approaches. Understanding and experience of building ETL/ELT processes Experience and practical application of modern development practices such as Code Review, CI/CD, IaC, etc. Skills logicallymerge, shape and prove your point using different communication channels (oral, visual).
