We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our team on a part-time, contractor basis. This role will focus on creating insightful dashboards in Looker, particularly to support our Recruiting team in optimizing their processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in  Looker to visualize key recruiting metrics and trends.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team to understand their data needs and help design effective dashboards.
• Utilize your expertise in Looker and/or Tableau to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
• Assist in setting up recruiting analytics, ensuring data integrity and usability.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for recruiting and HR, providing actionable insights.
• Support the Recruiting team in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4-5+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Looker and/or Tableau is a must; familiarity with other BI tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of recruiting processes and HR metrics.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in setting up reporting frameworks for recruiting and HR.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

• Part-time, contractor position.
