This is a remote position.Job SummaryIn response to recent global and national developments, particularly the crisis caused by the ongoing war, Government of Ukraine in adapting the localized Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) framework, in particular, through the SDG BRIDGE project.The main objective of this assignment is to prepare recommendations and develop data sets in csv format for updating national SDG targets and indicators on the SDG platform based on the spreadsheets provided by the Government of UkraineResponsibilities & Duties Analyze the list of previous targets and indicators, as well as data charts for the indicators that are currently posted on the SDG platform Prepare proposals on how to structure and display information on SDG targets and indicators on the portal, taking into account that both information on previous national targets and indicators and information on updated targets and indicators should be available online With facilitation of Government of Ukraine, finalize the report and submit. Develop the csv files for updating the data about targets and indicators on the SDG platform. Prepare and provide a report on the work done, in particular, to outline the positive impact of the work on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals in Ukraine, as well as possible further steps for the development of the SDG Portal Essential SkillsEducation PhD/Master’s degree or equivalent in data analysis, statistics, computer science, IT, public administration, economics, law or related field. Work Experience At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of data analytics or statistics at the sub-national, national or international level; At least 4 data analytics / statistics projects developed under the support of the incumbent (with indicating his/her role in the process); At least 1 year of relevant experience in work with objects in csv format (to be clearly specified in applicant’s CV); At least 1 year of relevant experience in work with BI systems (to be clearly specified in applicant’s CV); Work experience dealing with Sustainable Development Goals (at least one case clearly specified in applicant’s CV) will be considered as an asset; Proven experience in development of analytical products for public policy (at least one case clearly specified in applicant’s CV) will be considered as an asset. Language(s) Fluency in Ukrainian and at least working knowledge of English is required. Fluency in English will be considered as an asset.
