Data analyst in training studio (with growth prospects) in Expedite Logistics

We are looking for a data analyst who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to improve the training studio.

This is a role for someone who loves numbers and wants to influence real business decisions: from student recruitment to course performance and marketing.

What you will do:

Data analysis:

• Data collection and processing (students, attendance, payments, applications)

• Analysis of key indicators (conversion, income, effectiveness of courses)

• Identification of patterns and growth points

Reports and visualization:

• Formation of regular reports

• Creation of tables and dashboards

• Explaining data “in plain language” for the team

Working with marketing:

• Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

• Tracking the sources of applications

• Helping in data-based decision making

Optimization processes:

• Finding weak points in business processes

• Suggestions for improvement

• Automation of simple processes (tables, reports)

Who we are looking for:

• A person with analytical thinking

• Attentive to details

• A confident user of Excel / Google Sheets

• Basic knowledge of SQL / analytics is desirable (but not required)

• Experience is not critical - skills and desire to develop are important

Conditions:

• Salary: from 38,000 to 43,000 UAH

• Schedule: full time, 5/2, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
