Data analyst in the production quality department in Vyriy

The Vyriy company works in the field of MilitaryTech and specializes in the development and production of modern military equipment. We pay special attention to the quality, reliability and accuracy of data, because they are the basis for making effective decisions.

In connection with the active development of the team, we are looking for a Data analyst of the production quality department, which will help systematize, optimize and turn data into understandable analytics. Your main tasks:

• Integrating data from various sources: ERP systems, CRM platforms, Google Sheets, internal databases.

• Working with Google Sheets as with an analytical tool:

  • creating and optimizing complex tables;

  • using formulas;

  • building pivot tables;

  • automating data updates between tables and sources.

• Optimizing the structure of tables and datasets to reduce duplication, increase speed of processing and convenience of further analysis.

• Building logical and scalable data models;

• Data quality control: detection of errors, anomalies, inconsistencies in sources and their correction.

• Optimization of update processes of reports and dashboards to ensure stability and relevance of information.

• Preparation of analytical reports and visualizations for technical teams.
  
  We will be glad to meet you if you:

  • Have solid knowledge of SQL (queries, aggregations, joins, optimization).

  • Have hands-on experience with Google Sheets as an analytical tool (not just the basic level).

  • Understand the principles of data and table optimization.

  • Have experience with Power Query / ETL-tools.

  • Understand the logic of building data-models and relationships between tables.

  • Attentive to details, systematic and focused on data quality.
