Our expertise: Product management We launch and implement products from scratch in the shortest possible time. Billing Development We launch and connect all possible payment methods, optimize the payment processes of customers around the world. Customer Care and Sales We provide support for our products, support billing processes, work with Zendesk. Marketing Department We generate multi-channel worldwide traffic for our products, create content, work with large budgets. Required skills: 1.5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a product company; Expertise in marketing, product and billing analytics, including an understanding of key metrics; Analytical thinking, the ability to find patterns in researched data sets, as well as the causes of deviations in indicators describing business processes. The ability to focus on the main causes of deviations and briefly formulate a conclusion; The ability to work with a large array of data; A high level of mastery of SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and Excel (pivot tables, connecting data from other sources); Basic understanding of git; Web analytics, experience working with Google Analytics; Experience working with BI tools. Will be a plus: Confident command of Python/R analytical packages; Experience working with subscription business models; Experience working with cloud computing services (for example, GBQ). Main tasks: Providing analytical support for adoption strategic and tactical decisions by the company, taking into account the results of data analysis and forecasting; Development of BI (creation of automated reporting in Tableau, development of automatic data processing pipelines, working with data engineers to design the scheme of DWH and ETL processes); Collection, processing and preparation of data for analysis, ensuring their integrity and reliability, including setting up the automation of these processes; Data analysis to identify the reasons for the deviation of business metrics, as well as to optimize activities, in-depth studies of trends in key metrics; Evaluation of the results of experiments (A/B tests) + additional insights studies; Optimization of billing logics: AR, analysis of reasons for rejection of transactions; Marketing analysis: trend analysis of key metrics, ROI, LTV.
