Data-Driven Insights: Proactively search for actionable insights and data trends to support decision-making. A/B Testing: Conduct and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of different strategies, optimizing based on results. Qualifications Over 1,5 year of hands-on experience in data analysis, delivering insights and supporting business decisions. Confident in for data extraction and manipulation; strong command of Tableau (or Power BI) for data visualization and dashboard creation. Experienced in analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and presenting actionable insights. Nice to have:Familiar with Python, especially the Pandas library, for data wrangling and automating repetitive analysis tasks. Understanding of A/B testing and basic statistical analysis techniques. B2 English proficiency, enabling clear and effective communication in international environments.
